- All sales are subjected to and expressly conditioned upon the terms and conditions contained herein, and upon buyer’s assent thereto. No variation of these terms and conditions will be binding upon the seller.
- Warranty and limitations of liability. Representations regarding the composition and performance of the product are believed reliable, but seller makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding such information or product. Seller expressly disclaims the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
- All warranties are made by the manufacturer & seller shall not in any event be liable for incidental, consequential or special damages of any kind resulting from any use or failure of the product, even if the seller has been advised of the possibility of such damages including, without limitations, liability for loss of use, loss of work in progress, down time, loss of revenue or profit, failure to realize saving, loss of product of buyer or other use or any liability of buyer to a third party on account of such loss, or for any labour or any other expenses, damage or loss occasioned by such product including personal injury or property damage or any other damages caused due to negligence.
- Claims made against the seller in connection with return or refund of product must be made in writing within fifteen (15) days of date of purchase and bill date. Buyer agrees unconditionally to submit and deliver the written complaint and product or products to the address and destination of business of the seller. All products must be returned in a “salable” condition in the original condition, with no alteration to its shape and size along with its original packaging and receipt of purchase.
- All disputes as to legality, interpretation, application, or performance of this order or any of its terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of the state of Jammu & Kashmir, India & shall have exclusive jurisdiction without reference to the choice of law, conflict of law, or principals of any other state or country which might otherwise be applied. Buyer hereby consents to the Srinagar jurisdiction, personal or otherwise, of such court, and hereby waives any objections of any nature to venue in such courts. (all cases subjected to Srinagar jurisdiction only)
- Please check all your products before leaving the store. All the products have been checked for damages and seals and all products are accounted for by the buyer of this bill any claims hereafter for damages or unsealed product are waived off by the buyer by accepting this bill as a proof of validation of the same. The seller is here after not responsible for any damages caused to the product outside the store or in transit, or in any other circumstances and conditions thereafter.

I hereby waive any claims of damage or shortage of any product. I have received all the products in perfect condition and quantity specified on this bill.
