Designed for precision, this Makeup Revolution Precise Brow Pencil is a double-ended tool armed with an ultra-fine pencil on one end to create defined hairs and a spoolie brush on the other to perfect your arch. Twist up as far as you need and apply in short strokes to shape and fill in sparse patches. Brush through with the spoolie end to soften the appearance for a natural finish.
