Glow up and out with this versatile liquid highlighter that’s decorated with decadence. The smooth and elastic formula leaves behind a luminous, easy-to-blend glow in a universal champagne color. These ultra-fluid drops of pure chrome pearlescent particles can be worn alone for a bright mirror-like shine or mixed into foundation or moisturizer for customized radiance. Each highlighter comes outfitted in special-edition, appliqué-adorned packaging.
