Clinique Moisture Surge™ Hydrating Supercharged Concentrate is a lightweight, water-gel serum designed to deliver intense hydration and help replenish the skin's moisture barrier. Its liquid-sphere technology releases hydration throughout the day, leaving skin feeling smoother, plumper, refreshed, and more radiant. Suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin, this concentrate absorbs quickly without feeling greasy and can be used under moisturizer or makeup.

Cleanse and tone your face.
Apply 1–2 pumps to clean skin.
Gently spread over the face and neck.
Use morning and night.
Follow with moisturizer if desired.
Can be applied before or after moisturizer for an extra hydration boost.
Reapply anytime skin feels dehydrated.
