Starting from Scratch: It wasn’t easy. Years were spent perfecting birra  blends and exploring the world to source ingredients that met biira  high standards. From the zest of Mediterranean citrus to the rich, earthy tones of Middle Eastern woods and the warm embrace of Indian saffron, each ingredient is handpicked for its quality and essence.
